Men and women of all ages are needed in almost every department of the hospital. Dedication, a desire to help others, and a few hours each week is all we ask. Most people volunteer to be helpful to others but find the experience to be rewarding and inspirational to themselves. Volunteer opportunities are available to everyone who is at least 14 years of years of age and eager to become a part of the healthcare team at Cottage Health System.
Contribute to your community Volunteering at Cottage Health System is a wonderful way to support our community and develop new relationships with hospital staff, patients, visitors, and fellow volunteers.
Earn college credit College students are required to commit to at least 50 hours of service. To earn credits from participating colleges and universities, volunteers must commit to 100 hours of service.
Earn community service hours Many high schools require service hours for graduation. Junior Volunteers must be at least 14 years of age and be entering or attending high school.
