Founded in 1982, the Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital Foundation has been fortunate to have many generous patrons who have made it possible to develop Cottage Health System into the prestigious organization it is today. The Foundation is a not-for-profit corporation which safeguards the assets of the hospital and supports a number of carefully selected health-related charitable, scientific, clinical, wellness, and educational activities, both inside and outside the hospital.
You can help continue the mission of Cottage Health System by making a gift to the Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital Foundation. Your gift will be used to support patient care efforts and community health programs at Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital and Cottage Children's Hospital, or the campaign for the New Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital. Gifts may be made in a variety of forms including cash, securities, real estate, and bequests by will. You may make a donation online, over the phone, or by mail.
