Turkey breast, thinly sliced

Smoked bacon 

2 slices

Cheddar cheese

2 slices

Tomato, sliced

 

Avocado, sliced   

 

Red leaf lettuce

 

Mayonnaise

 

Sourdough or whole wheat bread

3 slices

 

 

Spread 1 side of each piece of toast with mayonnaise; layer rest of ingredients and close sandwich with toothpicks. Cut in quarters from corners and serve each quarter faced upward.
