Fall 2012   Dear Physician Colleagues,   It is again my pleasure to present to you the Cottage Children’s Hospital magazine, a biannual publication that enables you to meet our physicians and learn about our programs.   In this issue, Dr. Sean Early and Dr. Mike Maguire discuss commonly encountered pediatric orthopedic problems, including hip dysplasia and childhood scoliosis. Dr. Drew Kelts provides a thorough review of the diagnosis and management of cyclic vomiting syndrome in children. Finally, Dr. Dan Greenfield and Dr. David Slomiany summarize significant advances in childhood cancer therapy.
