Support Groups

Coast Caregiver Resource Center Support Groups provide educational, emotional and social support for caregivers. Group members help each other by providing information and mutual support.  Caregivers learn strategies and skills to solve problems; to maintain their own personal, physical and emotional health; and to provide the best care they can for those who are dependent upon them.
