Our 18-bed pediatric medical-surgical unit (Pediatrics) provides general care of the sick child. With comprehensive services and leading pediatric experts, we offer young patients and their families medical excellence close to home. Our many specialized pediatric services include therapy services, pediatric nurses, nutrition support, respiratory care practitioners, and medical social services. We also have a child life specialist on staff who provides pre-procedural preparation to children going into surgery and can help prepare siblings for visiting their brother or sister in the hospital. | |
