  • Instrucciones
  • Blanquee el repollo con agua hirviendo durante 1 minuto. Deseche el agua.
  • Coloque el repollo en un tazón grande y agregue zanahorias ralladas, cebolla rebanada, pimienta roja, orégano, aceite de oliva, sal, azúcar morena, vinagre y agua.
  • Coloque en el refrigerador durante al menos 2 horas antes de servir.
