  • Directions
  • Combine beef, soy sauce, oil, vinegar, and pepper in a large resealable plastic bag. Marinate 30 minutes to overnight.
  • Preheat broiler to high heat (alternatively, a grill may be used). Thread skewers, alternating beef, bell pepper, tomatoes, and onion pieces.
  • Broil skewers 5-7 minutes, or until desired degree of doneness is achieved.
