  • Directions
  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Combine breadcrumbs and pecans on a large plate and set aside. Brush both sides of the chicken with the melted butter, then coat the chicken in the pecan mixture.
  • Transfer chicken to a baking dish coated with cooking spray and bake in oven until chicken is done, about 20-25 minutes.
