  • Directions
  • Combine brown sugar, fennel, paprika, garlic, pepper, and salt in a small bowl. Drizzle pork with oil and rub with spice mixture. Set aside.
  • Prepare grill. Grill pork about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
