  • Directions
  • Combine tomatoes, onion, basil, garlic, capers, oil, vinegar, and salt in a large bowl. Let marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  • Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting fat and salt. Drain pasta, toss with tomato mixture, and top with Parmesan cheese.
