Ingredients and Preparation
IngredientsMeasuresSugar¾ cupEgg substitute½ cupButter, softened1/3 cupFat free milk1/3 cupBread, cubed10 slicesCrushed pineapple, undrained2 cans (20 ounces)Cinnamon1 teaspoonRaisins½ cup
  • Directions
  • Mix all ingredients together, except bread and raisins.
  • Fold in bread gently.
  • Pour into 2 -quart unbuttered casserole dish.
  • Bake uncovered at 350ºF for 1 hour. Top with raisins and serve.
