Ingredients and Preparation
IngredientsMeasuresFresh or frozen unsweetened fruit1 cupLow-fat, vanilla yogurt (4 ounces)½ cupApple juice concentrate1 tablespoon Grape Nuts  
  • Directions
  • Place fruit, yogurt, and apple juice concentrate in blender. Whirl until well-blended. The smoothie will be thick.
  • Pour into a glass.
  • Garnish with Grape Nuts if desired.
