Ingredients and Preparation

  • Directions
  • Combine nectarines with juices, salt, pepper flakes, and vinegar in electric blender. Whirl until smooth and blended.
  • Add cilantro leaves and whirl in a stop-and-go fashion a few seconds, just to chop.
  • Serve chilled.
