  • Thoroughly clean the potatoes with a vegetable brush and water.
  • Boil potatoes for 20 minutes or until tender.
  • Drain and cool potatoes for 20 minutes.
  • Cut potatoes into fourths and mix with olive oil, onions, and spices.
  • Refrigerate and serve.
