IngredientsMeasuresTrout fillet, cut into 6 pieces (any kind of fish can be used)2 poundsLime juice3 tablespoons (about 2 limes)Tomato, chopped1 mediumOnion, chopped½ mediumCilantro, chopped3 tablespoonsOlive oil½ teaspoonBlack pepper¼ teaspoonSalt¼ teaspoonRed pepper (optional)¼ teaspoon
  • Directions
  • Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  • Rinse fish and pat dry. Place in baking dish.
  • In a separate dish, mix remaining ingredients together and pour over fish.
  • Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until fork-tender.
