Los cálculos renales son pedazos de material similar a la piedra que se forman en las paredes de los riñones. Los riñones son dos órganos en forma de frijol ubicados en la parte baja de la espalda. Su función principal es eliminar desechos del cuerpo y equilibrar el agua y el contenido de minerales de la sangre al eliminar el agua.
