Suplemento Posiblemente Útil
Hay alguna evidencia de que la clonidina podría dañar la capacidad del cuerpo para fabricar la sustancia coenzima Q 10 (CoQ 10 ). 1 Sin embargo, no se ha demostrado que los suplementos de CoQ 10 ofrezcan cualquier beneficio particular para los que toman este medicamento.

Interacción Teórica
La hierba Coleus forskohlii relaja los vasos sanguíneos y podría tener efectos impredecibles si se combina con clonidina.
