Turkey patty

Cooked bacon

 2 pieces

Caramelized onions

 ¼ cup

Brie cheese

 1 oz

Brioche bread bun

 

Red leaf lettuce, tomato slices, mayonnaise

  • Cook burger until internal temperature reaches 165 F. Place brie on top and melt slightly.
  • Cook bacon until crispy.
  • Warm onions at 165 F
  • Toast bun
  • Garnish with mayonnaise, lettuce and tomato and serve open-faced.
