The Keck Center for Outpatient Services provides comprehensive outpatient services. Individualized services and those delivered through a team model include:
Therapists work closely with each patient's referring physician to develop an individualized program designed to assist the patient in achieving maximum functional improvement. Therapists emphasize education to help patients understand the importance of rehabilitation and keep them focused on their progress and goals.
Team-delivered services at Keck Center for Outpatient Center include stroke rehabilitation, brain injury treatment, Chronic pain management, and work conditioning.
Keck Center for Outpatient Services accepts most major insurance plans and is Medicare and Medi-Cal Certified. Our dedicated staff is available to verify patient benefits.

Hours:
Treatment hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Parking:
We invite patients to use our free valet parking. Just pull into the driveway at the front of CRH.
