Family Fitness and Baby Fair

Family Fitness & Baby Fair  September 15, 2012 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. at Oak Park, near Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital   For more information toll-free, 1-855-CHS-WELL (1-855-247-9355).   Cottage Health System’s knowledgeable staff will provide education, information, and resources on topics including nutrition, exercise, and childbirth along with selling low-cost safety helmets and pedometers.     More than 50 family-oriented businesses and non-profit agencies will have
information on products and services including preschool, music classes, fitness options, and parent groups.   There will be fun for the whole family with prizes, live entertainment, face painting, inflatable jumps, balloons, and clowns.    Admission and children’s activities are free.   Parking validation available for structure on the corner of Pueblo and Castillo Streets, just a few blocks away from Oak Park (at Alamar and Junipero Streets).
