This course is designed to increase your interpretive skills when reading 12 Lead ECG’s and monitoring strips.  Application of practical concepts related to Myocardial Ischemia/Infarction, QRS Axis Deviation, Bundle Branch Block, and Differential Diagnosis of Wide QRS Tachycardias will be presented. Utilization of this material will enhance your clinical practice. Please bring a caliper.


Guest Speaker:  Carol Jacobson, RN, MN
Carol has over 30 years experience as a critical care nurse and nurse educator.  Carol is known nationally for her humorous and common-sense approach to teaching difficult topics and making them understandable.  She specializes in cardiac topics such as Arrhythmias, 12 Lead ECG Interpretation, Pacemakers, Cardiovascular Drugs and Hemodynamic Monitoring. Carol is Director of Quality Education Services, Seattle, Washington.
